Mã định danh cơ sở khám bệnh, chữa bệnh — 13 ký tự (trường MA_GTIN_CSKCB), cấp qua Hệ thống Quản lý Quốc gia về hành nghề KCB. QĐ 1551/QĐ-BYT mô tả 'theo chuẩn GLN' (chưa xác minh là GS1 GLN đăng ký toàn cầu). Theo QĐ 1551/QĐ-BYT (31/5/2026). Khác với CSKCB 5 chữ số do BHXH cấp.
