Đơn thuốc cổ truyền và thuốc dược liệu dùng profile riêng VNCoreYHCTOutpatientPrescription theo TT 55/2025/TT-BYT. / Outpatient prescription profile per Circular 26/2025/TT-BYT: the national prescription code is mandatory and format-constrained, intent is fixed to order, and the category is limited to outpatient or discharge contexts.
