Source: https://loinc.whiteneuron.com\n(Deduplicated from original 108,526 entries which included duplicates, CLS VN codes,\nand EMR form field entries.)\n\n**Dữ liệu hiện có trong lớp chuẩn hóa:**\n`number` (mã LOINC chuẩn), `long_common_name` (tên tiếng Anh đầy đủ), `component` (bản dịch tiếng Việt khi có), `shortname`, `property`, `time_aspect`, `system`, `scale_type`, `method_type`, và `common_test_rank` để hỗ trợ ưu tiên các mã dùng nhiều. Dataset đã loại bỏ bản ghi trùng, mã CLS VN nội bộ, và các field biểu mẫu không phải mã LOINC chuẩn.\n\n**Nhóm dữ liệu thường gặp:** mã xét nghiệm và chỉ số định lượng/định tính; panel/order set phục vụ chỉ định và trả kết quả; report/document identifiers dùng trong Composition/DocumentReference khi phù hợp; survey/questionnaire items có trong LOINC gốc nhưng không phải mọi triển khai VN Core đều cần nạp toàn bộ.\n\n**Cách dùng trong VN Core:** Khi coding trong FHIR, dùng `system = http://loinc.org`. Với xét nghiệm cận lâm sàng trong nước, dùng cùng `vn-cls-cs` và `ConceptMap/vn-cm-cls-to-loinc`. Dùng artifact này khi cần biết lớp dữ liệu LOINC VN đã được chuẩn hóa đến mức nào trước khi import vào terminology server nội bộ.\n\n**Cách lấy artifact:** Validator/FHIR server dùng file FHIR JSON đầy đủ `CodeSystem-vn-loinc-cs.full.json` trên release download surface khi cần preload toàn bộ mã. Bộ tải xuống phát hành: xem [trang tải xuống](downloads.html#loinc-fhir-json) để lấy liên kết trực tiếp và gói `hl7.fhir.vn.terminology.clinical-0.3.0.tgz`. Public IG page này là metadata wrapper; dữ liệu chi tiết được tiêu thụ thông qua package/download surface và nguồn chuẩn hóa đi kèm. Các serialization XML/TTL trên public IG chỉ phản ánh metadata wrapper hiện hành; riêng route canonical `.json` được trỏ sang full JSON download.\n\nNote: MOH publishes a separate national lab code system (QĐ 1227/2025) that MAPS to LOINC.\nWhen coding in FHIR, use system = http://loinc.org with LOINC number from the mapping table.",
